Please be aware that Public Health has advised that we have one confirmed case of COVID-19 at Seasons Owen Sound. As is current protocol, this means we are officially in outbreak status. We have no other suspected cases at this time. The resident has remained in isolation since August 28th.
As a result, and in an abundance of caution, as per the Grey Bruce Health Unit, all residents are asked to please isolate in their suites at this time until further notice. All meals will be delivered in-suite. Scheduled indoor and outdoor visits will be paused until the outbreak status has been lifted.
Seasons will continue to be transparent with all of you as we continue to monitor this situation closely. We remain in regular contact with Public Health and will continue to work collaboratively.
We appreciate our families and visitors who have been adhering to our guidelines for safe access visits. Yet, we must remember to remain vigilant as COVID-19 still poses a very real threat to our communities. We take our responsibility very seriously and will continue to make decisions with our staff and residents’ best interests in mind.
