At Seasons Retirement Communities, there is no greater priority than the health and safety of those who live and work with us.
Seasons has established enhanced infection control procedures, and we continue to follow the advice of provincial and federal governments, our sector regulators, and local Public Health agencies. For a list of current protocols, please click here.
If a Seasons Community has two or more positive cases of COVID-19 linked to the home, the Local Public Health Unit (Ontario) or Communicable Disease Control (Alberta) will declare the residence in outbreak status.
In this instance, Seasons will notify team members, residents, and their primary contacts in writing, via email or Cubigo, our communications platform. We will relay information to those impacted as quickly as possible and provide regular updates as the situation progresses.
